Congratulations to our scholars in grades 7-12!

 

RCS honor students enjoyed a glow-in-the-dark party in the school gym on Wednesday, November 19th.   The secondary students whose achievements placed them on the first quarter honor roll, high honor roll, and superintendent’s list received certificates of achievement, and awards recognizing their academic success in the first marking period.

Students on the Superintendent's List were honored at a luncheon  served by   Superintendent Thomas O'Brien and Principal Eric Windover as well as members of the RCS faculty.  The honorees feasted on a giant three foot sub and a make-your-own sundae bar. 

The events are part of the school’s year-long Celebration of Excellence and were sponsored, in part, by donations from the community.

The assembly, attended by approximately seventy students, also included a glow-in-the-dark volleyball game and other activities.
