RCS has several employment opportunities available:
- URGENT NEED - Full Time Bus Driver: Available immediately. CDL – Class B w/air break, passenger and school bus endorsement preferred, but not necessary. District will provide training. Salary starting at $18.86/hr. with full CSEA benefits.
- Director of Facilities I or II: This 12-month position is a Civil Service position with salary and benefits as per the CSEA contract, starting November 1, 2023. The successful candidate must have passed or be able to pass the Delaware County Civil Service exam for this position. Salary starting at $19.42 hr.
- Director of Transportation – Available immediately. 12-month civil service position with salary and benefits as per the CSEA contract. Salary starting at $21.48/hr.
- Teachers Aide – immediate opening with stipend and benefits as per the CSEA contract. Salary starting at $15.78/hr.
- Substitute School Nurse – RN, Salary starting at $19.13/hr.
