NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on January 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Roxbury Central School choral music room, 53729 State Hwy. 30, Roxbury, NY on the topic of whether or not the Roxbury Central School District Board of Education should adopt a resolution providing for certain tax exemptions pursuant to Section 467 of the Real Property Tax Law relating to partial exemption from school taxes for certain property owned by persons 65 years of age or over.
