An Update from RCS
Athletics Update:
There will be NO practice tonight, 9/20/21.
The boys JV game that was scheduled for tonight has been canceled.
The girls JV game in Cobleskill is STILL ON!
Good luck to our GCR soccer teams today as they take on Charlotte Valley in league action. The boys will be in Roxbury and the girls are on the road!
Picture day order forms have been handed out to all classroom teachers. If you would like to place an order online, you can do so by going to www.parkstudio.biz Once there, click on get my photos then on school prepays. From there you will need to find the school in the drop down menu and follow the prompts to place your order.
Tomorrow we will be holding our 5th fire drill. Students will be notified in the morning.
There is work being done on our tennis courts and as a result they will be closed from now through Friday, October 4, 2024.
VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED
Roxbury Central School is looking for parents and community members to volunteer for the following committees:
• Policy Committee
• Budget Committee
• Wellness Committee
• RCMT Committee

Good luck to both our GCR teams as they have their first league games tonight. Girls are in Stamford at Archibald field and the boys are in Gilboa.
Just a reminder, home games whether at Roxbury or Gilboa is self-transport after the game.
Reminder: This Thursday 9/19 will be our first noon dismissal. Students will be dismissed at 12:00.
