The fun didn’t stop there! After the relay, students rotated through a variety of games including:
🎳 Bowling

🏀✨ A Dribbling Dose of Inspiration! ✨🏀

On Tuesday, our students were treated to an unforgettable assembly with youth motivational speaker Corey Rich, a former Harlem Globetrotters performer!

Through incredible ball-handling skills and high-energy storytelling, Corey shared powerful lessons centered around the “4 R’s” for success:
✔️ Respect
✔️ Responsibility
✔️ Be Ready to Learn
✔️ Reading is Power 📚

Our students were engaged, inspired, and left with meaningful takeaways they can use both in and out of the classroom.

A huge thank you to Laura Bouton for organizing and bringing this amazing experience to RCS—we truly appreciate it! 👏

🚜🎨 History Came to Life for Our 3rd & 4th Graders! 🎨🚜

Our 3rd and 4th grade students had an unforgettable trip to the Fenimore Farm & Country Village in Cooperstown!

Students stepped back in time as they explored the history of farming, blacksmithing, and early medicine, gaining a hands-on understanding of how people lived and worked in the past. 🔨🌾

They also tapped into their creative side with a fun “reverse painting” activity—proving that history and art make a great team! 🎨✨

And of course, no trip would be complete without a ride on the Empire State Carousel, adding a little extra excitement to an already amazing day! 🎠

It was a day full of learning, creativity, and smiles—one our students won’t forget anytime soon! 😊
